public class LOWERDB
extends SecsDataStructure

LOWERDB data decode. Used in S2F45, F48. A variable limit attribute which defines the lower boundary of the deadband of a limit. The value applies to a single limit(LIMITID) for a specified VID. Thus, UPPPERDB and LOWERDB as a pair define a limit. This is a Format 11,20,3(),4(),5() data structure
